To the Mathis family, I offer my heartfelt condolences. Losing a loved one in death leaves our hearts crushed and our spirits low. Isaiah 57:15 gives the loving assurance that God resides "with those crushed and lowly in spirit, to revive the spirit of the lowly and to revive the heart of those being crushed". May the hopeful words He has promised at Revelation 21:4, 5 revive your spirits and hearts during this most grievous time.
