Julia L. Watson

JULIA L. WATSON, devoted mother and loyal friend, quit this life Saturday, May 13, 2017.  However, she lived a full, happy life; one of her greatest joys was serving others. This is evidenced by her career choices: nurse's assistant, nurse practitioner, and phlebotomy technician. Julia spent much of her work life at the Buffalo General Hospital, where her gentleness, her sense of humor, and her love of her job endeared her to both her patients and her colleagues.

Grieving her loss are her sons, William and Roosevelt Howard, her daughter, Rose Watson, and her many friends. All who knew her will miss her laughter, her zest for life, and her kind-heartedness. Her passing leaves a void and creates great sorrow for many; nonetheless, knowing she is no longer suffering and remembering how she eschewed sadness provide an even greater peace. She still lives in our hearts and minds, and we will cherish her memory forever.
