Linda A Almo

LINDA A. ALMO, affectionately called "LA Lady Love," was born November 30, 1948 to the late Samuel Allen and the late Ernestine Martin in Alton, IL.

Linda started her family at an early age, raising five children, Anthony Allen, Patrina Almo, Melissa Almo, Virtya Almo, and Mark Almo. She was united in holy matrimony to Eddie Almo. 

Linda received her education in the Alton and Chicago school systems.  She was employed as a cook in both Chicago and Maywood, IL.  Linda enjoyed entertaining and was always the life of the party. 

On Saturday, April 29, 2017, while in the comfort of her home, and surrounded by the love of her family, God called his precious daughter home.

Linda will forever be cherished by her children, Anthony, Patrina, Melissa and Virtya. She is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, three sisters, Dorothy Jean Allen, Barbara Ann Washington and Shirley Jean Allen; one brother, Manuel Wilbon and a host of other beloved family and friends.

Memorial Service will be held Saturday, May 13, 2017, 10am at Edison Street Community Church, 28 Edison Ave, Buffalo, NY
