THEODIS HAWKINS, JR, departed this life Saturday, June 17, 2017. Loving husband of Dorothy Hawkins. He also leaves to mourn a host of loving family and friends.

Family will receive friends Saturday, June 24, 2017, 11am at Good Shepherd Temple, 425 Goodyear Ave. Funeral to follow at 12 noon.

Interment will be held at Bath National Cemetery-Bath, NY.
