Barbara A. Brewer

BARBARA ANN BREWER entered into the beginning of her new life Friday, January 10th at 7:45 a.m., at Hunboldt House Rehabilitation & Nursing Home in Buffalo, New York.

Barbara was born to the late Bessie Brewer and Edward Miles on May 31, 1959 in Buffalo, New York.  She attended school #8 Follow Through Elementary.  Then she attended East High School where she was a honor student.  She later received her GED from EOC.  Barbara was known for being the life of the party and very outgoing.  She was a strong believer in God.  And always had a beautiful smile on her face.

Over the years, Barbara was employed by several nursing agencies in the city of Buffalo, New York.  She loved spending time with her family, especially her children.  Barbara was extremly freehearted, and always willing to help others.  To her children, she was a teaher, doctor, lawyer, preacher and a wonderful loving mother.

Barbara was preceded in death by her parents, Bessie Brewer, Edward Miles(Father), brother Lucious DC Brewer.

She leaves to cherish her memories: Long term loving relationship with her  significant Sims Nance loving and caring daughters Latasha (Hezekiah) Williams and La'Nay Wallace (Tymonn Lee II); five loving grandchildren: Zakira Lillard, Zakahi Pritchett, Kahiya Williams, Lundon Williams and Tymonn Lee III.  Step-Mother Helen Miles of Longview, TX.  One uncle, Allen Slaughter of Atlanta, GA. Brother, Mark Moore of Milwaukee, WI.  Special niece Cathy McNeil, special friend Thomasina Pritchett and a host of nieces, nephews, cousin and friends.

Family will receive friends 11:00 a.m Monday, January 20, 2020 at Brian K. Lewis Funeral Home, 347 Peckham Street, Buffalo, New York 14206.  Funeral to follow at 12:00 p.m.
