Cherie M Ciaudella

CHERIE MARIE CIAUDELLA was the daughter of Gregory and Deborah Ciaudella born October 16, 1973 in Buffalo, New York; she was one of six children.

Cherie was a graduate of Cleveland Hill High School in Cheektowaga, NY. She worked at Buffalo City Hall for many years. She started working in the cafeteria before transferring to the maintenance department. Cherie went back to school to earn an engineering license and later became Chief Engineer at the Buffalo Water Pumping and Treatment Plant. She was a hard worker and always went above and beyond to help not just her family members, but anyone who was in need.

Cherie was a proud mother and grandmother. She met her lifetime partner, Don Williams in 1998. They raised their children so strong on a foundation of love and kindness. Cherie loved shoe shopping, cooking, arts and crafts, riding motorcycles, bonfires and walking. Above all those things, she loved her family. Family was always her greatest blessing. Cherie's love and courage will never be forgotten.

Cherie departed this life January 21, 2019.

Cherie leaves to cherish her precious memories her daughters, Nikera and Brianna Davis, Nadia, Mia and Precious Williams; grandson, Matthew Smith, Jr; a grandchild on-the-way, Baby Davis; parents, Gregory and Deborah Ciaudella; life partner, Don Williams; sisters, Gina and Andrea; brothers, Sean, Gino, and John; as well as a host of other loving family and friends.

Family will receive friends Tuesday, January 29, 2019, 11am at True Bethel Baptist Church, 907 E. Ferry St. Funeral to follow at 12 noon.
