Edna Stewart Obituary

EDNA STEWART was born on February 12, 1944 to the late Eddie and Sarah Stewart in Uniontown, Alabama. She attended Perry High School in Uniontown, AL. She departed this life suddenly on May 25, 2019.

Edna was a hard worker and had skills in many areas. She was a Personal Care Assistant and also worked at Fisher Price and Freezer Queen.

Edna enjoyed reading the newspaper every morning while drinking coffee. She enjoyed solving puzzles, watching soap operas, and Lifetime movies. One of her favorite movies was "Coming To America." Edna had such a deep hearty laugh, that even if you did not know what was so funny, you would surely join in.

Edna leaves to cherish her memory her children: Bruce Vince Sr (Shanta), Felix Sr (Monica), Robin Rhodes (Dale), Brian Davis (Cynthia), Keith Davis and Kenneth Davis; grandchildren: Shaneka, Felix Jr., Angelica, Antonio Jr., Helena, Jayna, RayQuan, Dominique, and Bruce Jr.; great-grandchildren: Saniya and Sa'maya Scott, and a host of loving nieces, nephews, family and friends.

Preceding Edna is death are her brothers, Charles Henry Stewart and David Stewart; one sister, Lucy Mae Fontaine.

Family will receive family Tuesday, June 5, 2019, 10am at Expressway Assembly of God, 260 Eggert Rd. Funeral to follow at 11am. Interment at St. John's Cemetery.
