Harry Diggs, Sr Obituary

HARRY G. DIGGS, SR., of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania entered into rest April 7, 2018. He is predeceased by his son Harry G. Diggs Jr.

He was a graduate of West Philadelphia High School. Mr. Diggs served in the United States Army (Vietnam Veteran) for six years and he was honorably discharged upon completion. Harry was an employee of Conrail and served in the freight division and finally he was a conductor of passenger services. Additional employment includes being a census taker for the government.

Mr. Diggs leaves behind a loving wife Myrtle Diggs of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, one son Antwan K. Diggs Sr. (La Tonya) of Buffalo, New York. three grandsons, Sergio Diggs, Nafese Diggs and Antwan K. Diggs Jr., two granddaughters, Amber Jones and Madisyn Diggs and one great granddaughter Ashliyon Diggs.

Internment Washington Crossing National Cemetery, Newton, PA.

Harry G. Diggs Sr. will be laid to rest at the Washington Crossing National Cemetery.
