Kevin E. Donovan

KEVIN E. DONOVAN, 46, of Buffalo, New York, passed peacefully on Saturday, January 27, 2018 at Millard Fillmore Suburban Hospital after a brief struggle with gastric cancer. Born in Syracuse, New York to Rachel Stroman and Kevin Donovan, Sr.  He is a graduate of Henninger High School and SUNY Fredonia where he received his Bachelors degree in Political Science and Masters degree in English.   It was in college that he met his loving wife, Satoria.  After marriage in 1997, Kevin devoted his life to being a loving husband and father of three boys.

Kevin was a passionate man who enjoyed his family, friends, church and community.  He worked as a Financial Representative impacting tons of homes where he spent most of his career at both AXA Equitable and Mass Mutual in Williamsville, N.Y.  In his spare time he sat on a variety of boards in the community and enjoyed coaching little league football and basketball games.

Kevin was extremely loving and proud of his three sons Kevin, Kendal, and Kaeden. He is also survived by his wife and best friend Satoria (nee Polk); siblings Charles Stroman, Kareem (Robin) Stroman, La'retta Stroman-Castro, Cicero Stroman and Caleb Bunkley;  his parents Rachel Stroman-Bunkley, Willis Bunkley and Kevin Donovan Sr.; and a host of loving aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and friends.  Kevin was preceded in death by siblings Malcolm J. Stroman-Bunkley and Nicole Easton; maternal grandparents George & Daisy Mae Stroman; paternal grandparents Cyril Wilde & irginia M. Donovan.

Family will receive friends Friday at Zion Dominion Global Ministries, 895 N Forest Rd, Williamsville, NY 14221 for Masonic Service at 11am. Funeral to follow at 12 noon.
