WAYNE FULKS was born October 9, 1960 in Buffalo, New York to the late James ans Ruth Fulks.
Growing up, Wayne went to Buffalo Public Schools and drove cabs.
He had a passion for tractor trailer trucks like his uncle Sammy in Chicago and brother-in-law Edward.
Wayne would get his coffee and his cigarette and sing his favorite church songs by the Mighty Clouds of Joy, Pilgrim Jubilees and The Jackson Southernaires.
He was outgoing, funny and a loving person who everyone who everyone loved. Wayne would get on your last nerves and talk you to death but no one could stay mad at him.
He was preceded in death by his parents: James and Ruth Fulks, sister Ernestine Forestine; grandparents: George Walker Sr. and Julia Anthony; uncles: George Walker Jr. (Aunt Lake), George Pate (Mary Alice) and Sammy; aunts: Bernice, Suzzie, Jewel and Mable; and cousin Cecil.
Wayne leaves to cherish his memories, his loving sister Denise (Edward) and loving brother James Westly (Gwen); Goddaughter Maricka; nieces and nephews: Tina (Jay), Cathy, Kim, Markita, Amandes III, Timothy, Ranika, Derrel, Felica, Sharay and Xavier; 15 great nieces; 17 great nephews; and a host of great-great nieces, great-great nephews, a great-great-great uncle, cousins, other relatives and friends.
Friends will be receive friends during the memorial service, Friday, November 2, 2018 at Providence Memorial Chapels, 1275 Sycamore Street, Buffalo, New York 14211.
