Cecelia T. Jones

CECELIA T. JONES, entered into eternal rest on Friday, July 24, 2020 in Buffalo, New York to Nelliline Jones and Ernest Jackson.  Cecelia battled diabetes and high blood pressure along with other health problems. 

Cecelia T. Jones leaves to mourn her children Katora Levally (deceased), Darnell Barnes, Nelliline Hawkins, Iyanna Hawkins, Marshe Jones and her granddaughter Faith Barnes.  She also leaves to mourn her sister Tabitha Jones, her sister in law Tonnetta Hawkins, Melissa Washington (deceased), her brothers Ernest Jackson, Preston Jones, Cornell Boone along with a host of cousins, nieces, and nephews.  Cecelia loved her family and her children, she also struggled at times but she always seemed to get back on track.

She went to several programs to better herself, she also attended Buffalo Public Schools where she was in the graduating class of '88.  

We extend our appreciation to everyone who helped us during this difficult time.

Family will be receiving friends on Wednesday, July 29, 2020 12:00 pm at Providence Memorial Chapel 1275 Sycamore Street, Buffalo, New York 14211.  Funeral to follow at 1:00 pm.

In compliance with the public health guidelines during the Covid-19 Pandemic, visitation will be monitored to limit gathering sizes based on the most current recommendations and a mask must be worn at all times.
