Harold Hudson, Sr. was born in Baxley, Georgia on January 5, 1941, to
the late Henry and Mattie Lee Hudson. Harold was educated in the
schools of Appling County. He graduated in 1961 from the Appling
County Consolidated High School. Shortly after high school Harold
moved to Buffalo, New York and made this his home.
He met and married the late Barbara Ann Hudson in 1966. They were
married 37 wonderful years. He was employed by Pillsbury Flour Mill.
After 35 years of employment he retired as the master electrician in
2003. After retirement he enjoyed working in his yard in the flower
beds and cutting the lawn. He enjoyed spending Time with family and
friends. He loved going down south as often as he could. He also
ENJOYED watching the Buffalo Bill’s games. He was one of their
biggest fans.
God saw that Harold was getting tired and called him into eternal rest
on Friday, February 9, 2024, at Buffalo General Hospital. He is
preceded in death by his parents, wife, son Justin Hudson, brothers
Ulysees Hudson and Early Hudson, sisters Girleaner Wright and Rose
Ann Hudson, and in-laws.

of Conyers, GA. Three Sisters Shirley Harris of Pooler, GA; Annette
Thomas of Baxley, GA and Lillian Brooks of Lithonia, GA. A host of
nieces, nephews and friends
