Janice R. Curry

Obituary for Our Beloved Janice

Janice Curry "Ma Dukes" was born February 6,1951 in
Lancaster, South Carolina to the late Robert Curry and Alice Mae
Curry (Reid). She later moved to Buffalo, NY with her family. She
attended School #75, St. Ann's and graduated from East High
School. Janice worked in a pharmacy, was a barmaid and later
a CNA for St. Augustine. One of her greatest joys in life was
caring for her Great Granddaughter Amor. She was a sweet and
caring individual who was loved and respected by those who

knew her.

Preceding her in death are her brother Robert Whitley, Sister
Darlene Curry and Daughter Latisha Curry. Left to cherish her
memory are her Daughter Yalanda Curry, Son Willie Rumph,
Sisters Betty Boone and Lucy Margaret. Grandchildren Breonna,
Cameron, Kiaera (Robert), Vanesha, Dejanai (Alexander), Willie

Jr., Nahkeem, Neavah, Serenity, Sencere and lyana.
Great Grandchildren Amor, Kevin, Keymani, Alana, Amaya,
Janiya, Jason, Nyari, -Adonis and Kamani. Nephew/Sons
Demetrius and Keith. God-sisters and Brother Barbara, Shirley
and Stevenson. Special friends/BFF's Pat, Carmen, Gwen
James. And a host of Nieces, Nephews, Relatives and Friends.
