(nee Swain)

Age 87, of Buffalo, NY, passed away
peacefully on February 7, 2022.
Dearest wife to the prior husband
the late George E. Estelle and the
beloved late Floyd B. Morgan; devoted
mother to Davon (Deborah) Estelle and
Tanice (Anthony) Pendergrass; cherished
grandmother of Davon Jr., Darrell, Tyler,
Sydney, Leontyne, Anthony Jr., Norvella,
Melanie, Miles, Regina, Antwonette, and
Wynter; great-grandmother of Haylee,
Davon III, Casey, Anson, Terrance, Devon,
Desiree, Autumn, and London; loving
daughter of the late Earnest and Leanna
Swain: dear sister to the late Leon Swain,
the late Anna Pearl Cross, Earnest
Swain Jr., and two cousins 0la Jane
Dates, and the late Jim Moses Garrett; also
survived by nieces, nephews, and god-
children. For many years Leona worked
as a Teacher Assistant for the Buffalo
Public Schools. She was a longtime
member of Faith Missionary Baptist
Church. Leona loved to sew, draw,
sing, and cherished her family (especially
her grandchildren and great-Brands). The
family will be present to receive relatives
and friends on Saturday, February 12th,
from 10AM-11AM. and a Celebration of
Life will follow from 11 AM-12 Noon at Faith
Missionary Baptist Church, 626 Humboldt
Pkwy., Buffalo NY. In lieu of flowers,
donations may be made in Leona's
name to Say Yes Buffalo. Endowment,
712 Main St., Buffalo NY 14202. to
continue her love for children and
