Nathaniel G. Boykin was born on December 5, 1997, in Buffalo, New York, to Yolanda D. Tyner and Adrian G. Boykin. A beloved son, brother, cousin, and friend, Nathaniel touched the lives of many with his wisdom, spirituality, and warm intellectual presence.
He was a proud graduate of the Class of 2015 from Burgard High School and continued his education at Erie Community College, where he completed the HVAC program. A dedicated and hard-working young man, Nathaniel was known for his love of learning, deep thinking, and spiritual nature. He valued meaningful connections and left a lasting impression on everyone he encountered.
Nathaniel is survived by his loving parents, Adrian Boykin and Yolanda D. Tyner; his brothers Marcus Griffin, Ryan Franclemont, and Adrian Boykin; his sister Airean Boykin Jr.; and his cherished cousin Charnell Boykin. He also leaves behind his grandparents Dorothy Lanier and Nathaniel Tyner, and is preceded in death by his grandparents Seminola and Fredrick Boykin.
He will be forever remembered by his aunts Cassandra Boykin, Yvette Boykin, Cynthia Tyner, Renee Tyner, and Danielle Jones; his uncle Orlando Boykin; and a host of cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends who loved him dearly.
Nathaniel lived a life full of love, purpose, and quiet strength. He found joy in books, thoughtful conversations, and time spent with those closest to his heart. His legacy will live on in the memories and hearts of all who knew and loved him.
