ROBERT Y. WELCH, JR., 71 of Buffalo, New York departed this life on Wednesday, August 28, 2019. He leaves to mourn a host of family and friends. Family will be present during the memorial service 1:00 p.m. Saturday, September 7, 2019 at Pleasant Grove Missionary Baptist Church, 226 Cedar Street, Buffalo, New York.
