It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Serafin Barral, a beloved husband, father, family member, friend, and faithful servant of God.
Serafin was born on February 18, 1959, in Puerto Rico. He carried the warmth, strength, and love of his roots with him throughout his life. He was a hardworking man with a humble spirit who cared deeply for those around him. Above all, he loved his family dearly. His wife and children were the center of his world, and he treasured every moment spent with them.
In the early 2000s, Serafin gave his life to the Lord and began a faithful journey with God that transformed his life. Not long after, he became part of New Life in Christ Ministries, where he faithfully served for many years with passion and dedication. He loved the house of God and always had a willing heart to help in any way he could. Whether serving quietly behind the scenes or lending a helping hand to someone in need, Serafin did everything with love and sincerity.
To know Serafin was to know kindness, loyalty, humility, and faithfulness. He was a servant in every sense of the word and a true man of God. He had a gentle heart, a caring spirit, and a presence that made people feel welcomed and loved.
His passing was sudden and deeply heartbreaking to all who knew him. While our hearts mourn this tremendous loss, we find comfort in knowing that Serafin loved the Lord faithfully and is now resting in His eternal peace.
Serafin’s life and testimony touched many people, and his memory will continue to live on in the hearts of all who loved him. He will be greatly missed but never forgotten.
Though it hurts to let him go, we hold onto the hope that this is not goodbye forever, but until we meet again.
