Victor Peoples Sr. was born in Buffalo, New York on March 28, 1959, to Hattie L. Weatherspoon and the late Clarence Peoples. Victor attended Buffalo Public School #37 and continued his education at East High School.
Victor worked various jobs, He had a love for cooking and preparing food and was blessed to be working in food service ad Delaware North for over seven years. Victor loved taking care of his mother, he would fix and prepare her meals and they would sit and watch her favorite television programs.
Victor accepted Christ into his life at an early age, He attended St. Boniface Roman Catholic Church and St. Martin DePorres RC Church.
Victor L. Peoples Sr. departed this life suddenly and unexpectedly on February 4, 2024, surrounded by family and friends. He was preceded in death by his father Clarence Peoples, grandparents Mary and Andrew, aunts Johnny Mae, Martha, Patty, Brenda and uncles Willie, Joe, and Alfred. Victor leaves to cherish his memory his mother Hattie Weatherspoon, his three sons Victor Jr. (Ariel) Oscar and Darryl and his only daughter Christine. Five grandchildren Tanisha, Victor III, Jada, Jade, Jantiya, four great grandchildren, two sisters Monique, LaDine, two brothers Darrly and Terrence, two aunts Carol (Coleman), Jacqueline (Ronald) four uncles Fred, Arthur, Jessie, Andrew, Dennis and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends
