Departed this life March 26, 2014.  

Jeremy graduated from Hamlin Park Elementary School #74 and later attended Bennett High School.  As a child, Jeremy attended Saints Home COGIC with his late grandparents.  In his early years of life, growing up in the Cold Spring Area, Jeremy was a member of the Masten Boys and Girls Club on Northland Ave.  He participated in numerous programs the academic program several key positions for the Buffalo Vets.  He excelled as a running back, a middle linebacker and an outside linebacker in which he received MVP and several other otustanding trophies for the Buffalo Vets.

Jeremy was a very loving and dedicated uncle, father and provider.  He was elated by the birth of his first niece, Victoria, in which he cherished the growing stages of her life.  Jeremy also loved and adored his Goddaughter, Kylee.  He was blessed by the early arrival of little Miss Emilee Nichole Thompson.  Although he was unable to witness her birth, his legacy will live on through his kids.  Jeremy prided himself on assisting his family and friends and support his loved ones.  Family was always first for him.

He lived an extravagant lifestyle, where he enjoyed shopping for shoes, the latest gear and sneakers-traveling and looking great from head to toe.  He never missed an opportunity to PARTY.  Jeremy enjoyed having fun and socializing with his family and friends.

He leaves to cherish his memory his loving fiance, Sheila Garrett; 2 sons, Jeremy Jr and Nicholas Thompson; 1 daughter, Emilee Thompson; 1 goddaughter, Kylee Daughtry; siblings, his older brother, Titus "Big Brah" Thompson and his younger brother, Romont Thompson; his father, Romont "Roadie" Thompson; his niece, Victoria Thompson and a host of relatives and friends.

Family will receive friends Thursday, April 3, 2014, 11am at St. John's Baptist Church, 184 Goodell St. Funeral to follow at 12 noon. Interment at Forest Lawn Cemetery- Buffalo.
